Kathleen Brooker brings exceptional experience working with non-profits, public development authorities and the public. Brooker served as the president and CEO for Historic Denver for 15 years before taking on the role of executive director for Historic Seattle. Brooker provided leadership during the depths of the recession, steering Historic Seattle and funding for Washington Hall rehabilitation through challenging times. At Artifacts, Brooker provides a specialized skill set providing technical expertise for small non-profits within Washington state as they work to steward their resources, navigate their roles in Section 106 consultation as stakeholders, and improve organizational operations. Brooker has strong skills to promote collaboration and community partnerships.
